| Onsun Furniture Co., Ltd. (herein after referred to as Onsun) was founded in the spring of 2000 and is located in Chengnan Industrial Zone, Changxing County, Zhejiang, 180 km away from Shanghai and 70 km from Hanghou. Onsun covers an area of 40,000 m2 and has workshops of over 10,000 m2 and offices of 4,000 m2, as well as more than 300 process and technology workers, including over 40 senior enterprise management and product R&D personnel. The co***ny integrates the design, R&D, production and marketing of office furniture, with an annual output of about 200,000 sets of office chairs and stools. In August 2009, the newly built large-scale production workshop (20,000 m2) was put into production, which indicated that Onsun gradually exceeded the peers in the industry in size and made new breakthrough in production, design and management level in manual manufacturing industry.
